Bus Crashed Into Scaffolding Along 115th Street Near Lexington Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (December 14, 2025) – At least one person was injured in Midtown, Manhattan after a bus crashed into scaffolding along 115th Street East.
New York City officials are saying that the collision took place around 4:35 PM on Thursday. A bus was heading down the street when it apparently jumped the curb and continued onto the sidewalk before crashing into a shed and scaffolding.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident to help all of the victims. One person sustained major injuries and was transported to the hospital to receive treatment.
A full investigation into the cause of the accident remains ongoing.
