Daniel, a senior associate with Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C., joined the firm in December 2012. He primarily focuses on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury, particularly on pre-trial preparation. His vast knowledge and experience have had significant impact on a wide-range of negligence cases, including motor vehicle, highway design, municipal liability, premises, Labor Law, medical malpractice and other general negligence. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked for John Chambers, P.C. honing his passion for plaintiff’s personal injury.
Daniel currently resides in northern NJ with his wife, a sixth-grade math teacher in the NYC public school system, and their children.
