Woman Died In Dutcess County Car Accident Along State Route 9D
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK (August 17, 2022) – A grandmother has tragically died in a three-vehicle accident along State Route 9D in the town of Wappinger.
Dutchess County officials are saying that the collision took place around 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Three vehicles were involved in a collision under unclear circumstances.
One vehicle may have been pulling out from Alpine Drive. Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim.
Sadly, a woman died due to the severity of her injuries. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
