School Bus Carrying Dozens of Students Involved In Queens Collision on Nassau Expressway Near Lefferts Boulevard
QUEENS, NEW YORK (January 21, 2024) – Several students were injured in a Queens school bus accident on the Nassau Expressway not far from Lefferts Boulevard.
New York City police officials are saying that the incident took place early Monday. A school bus and at least one other vehicle were involved in the collision.
Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victims. There were a total of 45 students on the school bus. Several were injured and two were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
