Investigation Underway After East Flatbush Pedestrian Accident By The Intersection of New York Avenue and Avenue D
EAST FLATBUSH, NEW YORK (August 10, 2024) – A 74-year-old woman tragically died in an East Flatbush pedestrian accident by New York Avenue and Avenue D.
New York Police are saying that the collision took place on Tuesday afternoon. An elderly woman was crossing the intersection when she tripped and fell on a speed bump.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim. She was taken to Kings County Hospital, where she later died.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
