A settlement in the amount of $528,000 was reached in Bronx County on behalf of the family of a 33 year old barber and a musician when was struck by a parapet wall which fell from the roof of a nearby one-story building. The barber tragically died as a result of his injuries. There was no insurance coverage for the building.
