Eight Students Injured In Kingston School Bus Accident

KINGSTON, NEW YORK (March 15, 2023) – At least eight students were injured in a Kingston school bus accident with a passenger vehicle not far from Mille Middle School.

Kingston police officials are saying that the accident took place around 7:40 a.m. on Monday. A school bus was involved in a collision with a passenger vehicle under unclear circumstances.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victims. A total of 16 students were onboard the bus. Eight of them were taken to a local trauma center.

Three students were passengers in the smaller vehicle and also taken to the hospital. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
