Investigation Underway After Six People Injured In Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn Apartment Fire
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (February 28, 2025) – At least six people were injured in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn after an apartment caught fire by Hawthorne Street and Rogers Avenue.
New York City officials are saying that the incident took place around 11:40 a.m. on Friday. Firefighters and paramedics were called to the Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn apartment in order to help the victims.
Six people were taken to the hospital, and five others refused medical treatment. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
