65-Year-Old Pedestrian Died In Gravesend, Brooklyn Car Accident By West 1st Street and Avenue P

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (June 15, 2022) – A 65-year-old pedestrian has tragically died in a car accident by the intersection of West 1st Street and Avenue P.
New York City police officials are saying that the accident took place around 10:15 a.m. on Memorial Day. Two vehicles were involved in a collision and one of those vehicles struck a pedestrian.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. The man was taken to the Maimonides Medical Center and later died due to his injuries.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
