Jet Ski Collision Near The Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Leaves One Person Dead
QUEENS, NEW YORK (May 27, 2023) – One person has tragically died in a Hudson River jet ski collision not far from the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, according to the NYPD.
New York City Police Department officials are saying that the accident happened on Saturday. Witnesses describe hearing a loud bang as two jet skis collided in the water.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident in order to help the injured. One person was recovered from the water. Sadly, they later died due to the severity of their injuries.
A full investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
