New York City Police Searching For Driver Involved In College Point, Queens Hit-And-Run Collision on the Whitestone Expressway
QUEENS, NEW YORK (February 18, 2023) – One person has tragically died in a College Point, Queens hit-and-run collision along the Whitestone Expressway.
New York City officials are saying that the collision took place around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday. A white Mercedes SUV was involved in a collision with a silver Scion.
The driver of the Scion was ejected from the vehicle. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim. Sadly, that driver died due to their injuries.
Police are still trying to find the driver of the white Mercedes SUV who fled the scene. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
