Multiple People Injured In Staten Island Collision By The Intersection of Hunton Street and Richmond Road
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK (January 9, 2023) – At least nine people were injured in a Staten Island collision involving NYPD officers near Hunton Street and Richmond Road.
New York City police officials are saying that the incident took place around 7:00 p.m. on December 31. Multiple vehicles collided in the roadway including a NYPD SUV.
Photos of the accident site showed the police vehicle with major front end damage. Paramedics were called to Hunton Street in order to help all of the victims.
A total of 9 people were injured and at least one of the vehicles caught on fire.
