Liability In Delaware Head-On Collisions

Head-on collisions are among the most dangerous types of collisions that a person can be involved in. Head-on crashes account for around 2% of all crashes. However, they account for over 11% of all traffic fatalities. The vast majority of head-on collisions are due to some amount of human error. There are a number of factors that could contribute to a head-on collision.

  • Speeding
  • Distracted driving
  • Inclement weather
