New York City Officials Investigating East New York E-Bike Collision Involving Work Truck At Dumont Avenue and Jerome Street
EAST NEW YORK, NEW YORK (April 30, 2024) – A cyclist was seriously injured in East New York after being hit by a work truck near Dumont Avenue and Jerome Street.
New York City police officials are saying that the collision took place at 1:47 p.m. on Monday. A work truck was involved in a collision with a cyclist.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. They were at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in critical condition.
The circumstances leading up to the crash remain unknown. But a photo of the accident site suggests the truck may have been turning.
