Back in 2022 I had taken a nasty fall down my apartment stairs, not from my own fault but by faulty carpentry. I felt wronged as I had asked to have this problem fixed and was told it was. I contacted many offices, was told many times it was my own fault. GLK was the first place to listen to me and tell me my options. Not that I had to sue but that I the option too. They let me make the decisions, I was never pressured or told what to do. I was my own advocate and my attorney from GLK, Avi, was there to back me up. This is not how I have been treated by attorneys in the past. Avi was the best attorney I have ever talked to, or been represented by. I mean I’ve only ever been represented by 3 in my life, is that good or bad? lol. He made the process as smooth as possible while also letting me know what to expect, good or bad, and always there to answer questions. Super professional, empathetic and helpful. 11/10 would recommend.
