Gersowitz, Libo & Korek, P.C. obtained a settlement of more than $1m dollars for a 46-year-old bricklayer who fractured his ankle after falling from a defective scaffold. Defendants claimed they were not responsible because the bricklayer did not use the scaffold properly and could have used a set of available stairs instead of the scaffold. The case was handled by partner Michael Fruhling and senior associate Daniel B. Linson.
