Five Students Injured In Westchester Bus Accident

New York State Police Investigating Westchester Bus Accident on Taconic State Parkway

WESTCHESTER, NEW YORK (April 21, 2024) – At least five students were injured in a Westchester bus accident with an SUV on Taconic State Parkway.

Westchester officials are saying that the incident took place at around 9:30 a.m. on Friday. An SUV, Hummer, and school bus were involved in a collision under uncertain conditions.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victims. A total of seven people were injured. Five of the victims were children on the school bus.

A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
