New York City Police Investigating Fatal Bicycle Accident On Dangerous Brooklyn Road

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (May 23, 2024) – A cyclist has tragically died in a Brooklyn car accident along Lorimer Street, not far from Broadway.

New York City police officials are saying that the collision took place on Monday morning. The driver of a Honda Accord opened his door in front of a cyclist.

The force of the impact caused the cyclist to tumble on the roadway, where he was then hit by a second vehicle. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim.
