Pedestrian Died After Being Hit by Southbound E-Bike on Riverside Avenue in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, NEW YORK (January 3, 2026) – A pedestrian has tragically died in a Long Beach car accident on Riverside Avenue.

Long Island officials are saying that the accident took place on Friday. A man was walking when he was hit by a southbound e-bike.

The force of the impact knocked him to the ground, leaving him with serious injuries. Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision to help the victim.
