Hartsdale police officials are saying that the collision took place on Saturday afternoon. Two vehicles were involved in a collision, which caused one of the vehicles to rollover.

A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
Speed is one of the most common causes of car accidents in the United States. According to the NHTSA, “For more than two decades, speeding has been involved in approximately one-third of all motor vehicle fatalities. In 2020, speeding was a contributing factor in 29% of all traffic fatalities.” There are many steps that drivers should take in order to avoid collisions.
All drivers have a legal obligation to exercise due care in order to avoid collisions. If a driver fails to slow down in order to avoid a collision, this could form the basis of a negligence claim. Any person who is injured in a car accident may have legal recourse through a civil claim. A car accident attorney can examine the unique facts of your case and let you know what your legal options are.
