Seven Injured In Bronx Scooter Accident on Hutchinson River Parkway

24-Year-Old Man, 18-Year-Old Woman Ejected From Razor Scooter After Collision With Honda Accord in the Bronx

BRONX, NEW YORK (June 22, 2024) – Two people were injured in a Bronx scooter accident on the Hutchinson River Parkway not far from Throggs Neck.

New York City officials are saying that the accident took place around 4 AM on Saturday. At least two vehicles were involved in a collision that sent one of the cars into a razor scooter.

A 24-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman riding the scooter were both ejected. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help all of the victims.

Both scooter riders were taken to the hospital with injuries, and the woman was listed in critical condition.

An additional five people between the vehicles sustained injuries. A full investigation into the cause of the collision remains ongoing.
