Jeff Korek, senior partner at Gersowitz, Libo & Korek, P.C., is a member of a panel of experts who will be discussing the litigation of construction site accidents for personal injury attorneys on March 21, 2014 for the New York State Bar Association at an off site location in Manhattan.
Among other topics discussed at this CLE, Korek will be speaking about effective trial techniques, including openings and closings, cross examination of witnesses and motions, involved in the litigation of construction site accidents. The seminar will be held from 9 am until 4:30 pm on March 21st at the Affinia Manhattan located at 317 Seventh Avenue at 31st Street. The cost for NYSBA members is $150 and for non-members is $250.
The program is eligible for 4 MCLE credits, including 4 credits for Skills and 3 credits for Professional Practice. A live webcast option is available. However, newly admitted attorneys must attend the program in-person to earn New York MCLE credit.
