Investigation Underway After Long Island School Bus Rolls Over On Long Island Expressway Offramp

LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK (November 24, 2024) – A school minibus with special needs children was involved in a rollover collision on a Long Island Expressway offramp.

New York State Police are saying that the incident took place around 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday. Four children between the ages of 3 and 5 were on the bus when it rolled over by the side of the road.

Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help all of the victims. A bus driver and teacher’s aide were among the victims.
