Jeff S. Korek Attended the 2014 Best Lawyer’s Advisory Meeting

Jeff S. Korek, partner and senior trial attorney at Gersowitz, Libo & Korek, P.C., attended the 2014 Best Lawyers Advisory Board Meeting on April 29^th and 30^th. This gathering is held only once every two years and brings together distinguished leaders to discuss the management of law firms and in-house legal departments.

About the 2014 Best Lawyers Advisory Board Meeting

The Best Lawyers Advisory Board includes attorneys from the largest and most influential law firms around the world, including Europe, South America and the U.S. It also includes general counsel from Fortune 500 and Global 500 corporations. Mr. Korek represented one of the top law firms in United States at the 2014 Advisory Board Meeting.

The Advisory Board held its first meeting in 2012. The 2014 Board Meeting was held at the offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. The meeting focused on the challenges faced by law firm leaders and general counsel in the current economic climate. The various speakers provided world-class expertise on the evolution of the client-attorney relationship. The speakers also discussed the recent advancement in cyber-security for large organizations.

Involvement in the Best Lawyers Advisory Board is by invitation only. Mr. Korek is one of the select few New York personal injury and medical malpractice attorneys represented on the board. Mr. Korek’s impressive legal experience and involvement in the community was only part of the reason for the invite.
