Jeff Korek, senior trial partner at Gersowitz Libo & Korek P.C., is a co-chair of the 2018 seminar edition of “25 Trial Issues That Keep You Up In the Middle of the Night.” The seminar is organized by the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute for the third consecutive year. After last year’s success, “25 Trial Issues” is back this year with new questions and topics and an informal panel discussion that encourages audience participation for attorneys trying cases faced with the many challenges capable of keeping them up through the night.
