New York City Police Investigating Morrisania, Bronx Hit-And-Run Car Accident by Washington Avenue and East 167th Street
THE BRONX, NEW YORK (June 25, 2024) – A woman has tragically died in a Morrisania, Bronx hit-and-run car accident by Washington Avenue and East 167th Street.
New York City police officials are saying that the collision took place around 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. A woman was crossing the street when she was hit by a Jeep and thrown into a parked car.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. She was taken to the hospital where she later died.
The NYPD is still searching for the driver involved.
