Investigation Underway After Kia SUV Involved in Fatal Suffolk County Motorcycle Collision on Clyde Road by Hounslow Road

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK (June 25, 2026) – A motorcyclist has tragically died in a Suffolk County car accident by the intersection of Clyde Road and Hounslow Road.

New York City officials are saying that the accident took place around 7:20 PM on Saturday. A person was on a Ducati motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a Kia SUV.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the crash to help them. That person was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital.

Sadly, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the hospital. A full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash remains ongoing.
