Elderly Man Critically Injured in Great Kills, Staten Island Car Accident on Hylan Boulevard
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK (January 31, 2025) – A 75-year-old man was critically injured in a Great Kills, Staten Island collision along Hylan Boulevard.
New York City police are saying that the collision took place around 9:25 p.m. on Sunday. A driver was heading down Hylan Boulevard when it collided with another vehicle and pushed it against a light pole.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. The 75-year-old man was transported to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze.
A full investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
