19-Year-Old Pedestrian Critically Injured In Concord, Staten Island Pedestrian Accident Near Baltic Avenue and Richmond Road

STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK (August 28, 2024) – A 19-year-old pedestrian was critically injured in a Concord, Staten Island pedestrian accident by Baltic Avenue and Richmond Road.

New York City police said that the collision took place on Monday morning. A 19-year-old was walking on the sidewalk when he was hit by a vehicle that jumped the curb.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. He was taken to Staten Island University Hospital with critical injuries.
