Jeff Korek, senior trial partner at Gersowitz Libo & Korek P.C., is a co-chair of the 2018 seminar edition of “25 Trial Issues That Keep You Up In the Middle of the Night.” The seminar is organized by the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute for the third consecutive year. It will be a two-night event, held on June 5th and June 12th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the NYSTLA headquarters, at 132 Nassau Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10038.
After last year’s success, “25 Trial Issues” is back this year with new questions and topics and an informal panel discussion that encourages audience participation for attorneys trying cases faced with the many challenges capable of keeping them up through the night.
The two-night seminar includes lectures by the Honorable George Silver and an elite panel of trial attorneys, including Elizabeth Cornacchio, David Dean, Judith Livingston, Richard Maltz, Daniel O’Toole, Deborah Scalise and Evan Torgan. The panel will discuss various issues that lawyers face during trial that require fast and strategic thinking.
