One Person Died, Multiple Injured In Bushwick, Brooklyn Hit-And-Run Car Accident Along Irving Avenue

BUSHWICK, NEW YORK (January 8, 2023) – One person has died and several other people were injured in a Bushwick, Brooklyn hit-and-run car accident.

New York City police officials are saying that the incident took place shortly after midnight on Monday. A Kia Sportage was involved in a collision with a Toyota Yaris.

The driver of the Kia fled the scene and is currently being sought by police. Paramedics were called in order to help all of the victims.

Sadly, one person died due to their injuries and several other people were hospitalized. A full investigation into the Bushwick collision remains ongoing at this time.
