One Injured, One Dead In West Monroe Car Accident on County Route 37

New York State Police Investigating Fatal West Monroe Car Accident Along County Route 37

OSWEGO COUNTY, NEW YORK (February 18, 2024) – One person was injured and another was killed in a West Monroe car accident along County Route 37.

Oswego County officials are saying that the collision took place around 4:58 p.m. on Thursday. A Toyota Camry entered into southbound lanes of traffic and collided with a Chevrolet Trax.

Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help all of the victims. The driver of the Trax was taken to the hospital and the driver of the Camry died due to their injuries.

A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
