Investigation Underway After Motorcyclist Injured In Staten Island Collision By Mountainview Avenue and North Gannon Avenue

STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK (September 1, 2024) – A motorcyclist was injured in a Staten Island collision near the intersection of Mountainview Avenue and North Gannon Avenue.

New York City police are saying that the collision took place around 6:20 p.m. on Sunday night. A motorcycle rider was struck from behind by a vehicle at the intersection.

The force of the collision caused the motorcyclist to be ejected. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim.
