Investigation Underway After Motorcyclist Injured In Staten Island Collision By Mountainview Avenue and North Gannon Avenue
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK (August 31, 2024) – A motorcyclist was injured in a Staten Island collision near the intersection of Mountainview Avenue and North Gannon Avenue.
New York City police are saying that the collision took place around 6:20 p.m. on Sunday night. A motorcycle rider was struck from behind by a vehicle at the intersection.
The force of the collision caused the motorcyclist to be ejected. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim.
He was taken to Richmond University Medical Center in order to receive care. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
