New York City Police Are Looking For Hit-And-Run Driver That Crucially Injured Pedestrian By Eighth Avenue and West 49th Street In Midtown, Manhattan
MIDTOWN, NEW YORK (August 18, 2024) – A pedestrian was critically injured in a Midtown, Manhattan crash at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and West 49th Street.
New York City police are saying that the accident took place around 2:45 a.m. on Monday. A pedestrian was crossing the street when he was hit by a vehicle.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. He was transported to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
