Woman Died, 12-Year-Old Injured In Lindenhurst Collision Along Route 109
LINDENHURST, NEW YORK (October 25, 2023) – A woman has tragically died in a Lindenhurst car accident on Route 109, according to the New York State Police.
Lindenhurst police officials are saying that the accident took place around 7:08 a.m. on Sunday. The driver of a Toyota Camry failed to stop at a red light and hit a 2010 Honda Civic.
Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help all of the victims. Sadly, one woman died due to her injuries and a 12-year-old was taken to the hospital.
A full investigation into the crash remains ongoing at this time.
