Woman Died In Fishkill Collision By The Intersection of Route 9 and Clove Road
FISHKILL, NEW YORK (October 16, 2022) – A woman has tragically died in a Fishkill car accident while crossing the street by the intersection of Route 9 and Clove Road.
Fishkill police officials are saying that the accident took place around 6:37 a.m. on Friday. A woman was crossing the street when she was hit by a vehicle.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. she was taken to Montefiore St. Luke’s-Cornwall Hospital with major injuries.
Despite the best efforts of medical staff, she died not long after the crash. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
