Woman Seriously Injured In Yonkers Pedestrian Accident While Crossing New Main Street
YONKERS, NEW YORK (January 20, 2022) – A woman was seriously injured in a Yonkers car accident while crossing New York Street, according to police officers.
Westchester County officials are saying that the accident took place around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. A woman was crossing the street when she was hit by a vehicle.
The car rolled after the accident and hit the woman again. Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the accident in order to help the victim.
She was taken to the hospital in order to receive treatment.
