A 70-year-old woman was crossing in a crosswalk when she was hit by a white van that pulled forward after a red light.Paramedics responded to the scene of the crash to help the injured woman. She was transported to the hospital to receive treatment for serious injuries, including a brain injury and a lacerated liver.Authorities suspect that the driver involved may be intoxicated.
