Multiple People Injured In Manhattan Accident After Yellow Cab Drove Onto Sidewalk Along West 29th Street
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (June 29, 2022) – Three people were critically injured in a Manhattan yellow taxi accident by the intersection of West 29th Street and Broadway.
New York City police officials are saying that the accident took place around 1:00 p.m. on Monday. A yellow taxi was traveling down the road when it it drove onto the sidewalk while making a turn onto Broadway.
Two women were pinned in the accident and left with serious injuries. Four other people sustained moderate injuries. Police do not believed that the incident was intentional.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
