A driver was traveling down North Sunrise Service Road when he lost control of his vehicle and hit the victim.Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident near Atlantic Avenue. The 16-year-old pedestrian was taken to South Shore University Hospital to receive treatment.It remains unclear if that driver will face any citations.Liability for Bay Shore Car AccidentsDrivers are supposed to exercise due care to avoid colliding with other vehicles.
