Pedestrian Died In Suffolk County Hit-And-Run Car Accident By Rosevale Avenue
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK (December 20, 2023) – A pedestrian has tragically died in a Suffolk County hit-and-run car accident along Rosedale Avenue.
Suffolk County officials are saying that the accident took place on August 7. A pedestrian was crossing the roadway when they were struck by a Nissan Maxima.
The driver involved in the collision allegedly fled the scene. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim. Sadly, they later die due to their injuries.
Prosecutors have since charged the driver of the Nissan with fleeing the scene.
