Male Pedestrian Died In Lockport Collision Involving Vehicle Traveling South
LOCKPORT, NEW YORK (July 19, 2023) – A Lockport pedestrian has tragically died in a car accident along South Transit Road, according to New York State Police.
Lockport officials are saying that the collision took place around 9:20 p.m. on Friday. A pedestrian was walking down the road when they were hit by a vehicle traveling south.
The force of the impact left the victim with serious injuries. First responders were called in order to help the injured man.
Despite life-saving measures, the pedestrian died due to their injuries. A full investigation into the crash remains ongoing at this time.
