Two Vehicle Car Accident In Vernon Along State Route 65 Leaves One Person Dead
VERNON, NEW YORK (July 29, 2023) – One person has tragically died in a Vernon car accident along State Route 365 not far from East 2nd Street.
Vernon police officials are saying that the accident took place around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. A car crossed the yellow double-solid center lines and hit another vehicle.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. Sadly, one person died due to the severe nature of their injuries.
A full investigation into the Vernon collision remains ongoing at this time.
