Utica Police Working To Determine Cause of Deadly Collision
UTICA, NEW YORK (September 30, 2023) – One person has tragically died in a Utica car accident by the intersection of Culver Avenue and Lansing Street.
Oneida County police officials are saying that the accident took place around 12:05 a.m. on Friday. Two vehicles collided under uncertain conditions and a 21-year-old woman in one of the vehicles died at the scene.
A 17-year-old driver in a second vehicle was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center with serious injuries. Sadly, he also died after being taken to the hospital.
A full investigation into the cause of the collision remains ongoing at this time.
