Fatality Reported After Batavia Collision On Interstate 90 West
BATAVIA, NEW YORK (October 28, 2023) – One person has tragically died after a Batavia car accident along Interstate 90 West, according to the New York State Police.
Batavia police officials are saying that the accident took place around 12:15 p.m. on Thursday. A flatbed vehicle and a Ford F250 truck were involved in a collision near a construction zone.
One driver was allegedly unable to stop prior to the crash. Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help.
Sadly, one person died due to their injuries.
