Driver Allegedly Ran Red Light Prior To Batavia Collision
BATAVIA, NEW YORK (July 2, 2023) – At least one person was injured in a Batavia car accident along Liberty Street, according to the New York State Police.
Batavia police officials are saying that the collision took place on June 15th in the afternoon. A driver in a Chevy HRV allegedly ran a red light before it collided with a Ford.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the injured. One person was taken to the hospital in order to receive treatment.
A full investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
