Hotel Fire At The Dewitt Red Roof Inn Injured One Person
DEWITT, NEW YORK (January 13, 2022) – One person was injured following a Dewitt hotel fire at the Red Roof Inn on Thompson Road.
Onondaga County police officials are saying that the fire was first reported just before 7:00 a.m. on January 6th. One person sustained injuries after a fire brook out at the hotel.
Firefighters had to break a window to extricate one person who was trapped in his room. That person was taken to the hospital in order to receive treatment.
It took firefighters roughly 30 minutes to extinguish the fire.
