Six People Injured In Manhattan Car Accident With Out of Control Taxi By Broadway and West 29th
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (July 18, 2022) – At least six people were injured in a car accident with an out of control taxi along Broadway near West 29th street and West 28th street.
New York City police officials are saying that the accident took place around 1:00 p.m. on Monday. An out of control taxi driver drove onto a sidewalk and crashed into a café.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help all of the victims. One of the victims lost a leg below the knee.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
