A 2024 Ford F150 was involved in a head-on collision with a 2018 Ford van.Paramedics responded to the scene of the collision to help all of the injured victims. The driver of the van had to be extricated from his vehicle before being transported to Stony Brook University Hospital.That driver was reportedly listed in severe condition.
