Liability In Webster Motorcycle Accidents
Motorcyclists are uniquely vulnerable to drivers that make dangerous turns. According to New York Vehicle Code 1141, “The driver of a vehicle intending to turn to the left within an intersection or into an alley, private road, or driveway shall yield the right of way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction which is within the intersection or so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.” Victims of motorcycle accidents tend to suffer very serious and costly injuries.

The family of any person killed in a car accident may have legal recourse through a wrongful death claim. Damages in a civil claim can help cover many of the expenses that can come with the sudden loss of a love one. Sadly, though, drivers will often fight hard to deny liability for any crash. A wrongful death attorney can examine all of the unique facts of your case and let you know what your legal options are.
